Tie Dye is a limited evaluation service. Begin with non-sensitive workflows and review every agent configuration and result.
What Tie Dye stores
Your verified account identifier, encrypted model-provider credentials, encrypted Google or Microsoft refresh credentials for connections you authorize, agent settings, bounded findings, reviewable drafts, generated files, usage estimates, and security audit events.
What Tie Dye does not store
Your Google or Microsoft password, plaintext API keys or refresh credentials, complete mailbox contents, or payment-card data. Short-lived access tokens remain server-side for the active request and are not returned to your browser or sent to a model provider.
Email connections
Google and Microsoft authorization occurs on the provider's consent screen. Tie Dye stores the resulting refresh credential under your per-user encryption key, limits mailbox access to the authority you approve, and supports disconnect and revocation from Integrations.
Saved agents
Tie Dye stores the agent name, instructions, safety boundaries, expected output, provider selection, and deployment status under your account. Configurations remain until you delete them or delete your Tie Dye account.
Where processing occurs
Selected work may be processed by your configured model provider. Gmail and Outlook data is retrieved from Google or Microsoft through bounded, owner-scoped requests. Tie Dye does not give a model provider your mailbox credentials.
Retention and control
Tie Dye automatically removes beta findings, reviews, files, usage records, and audit records after 30 days. Use Delete my data in the account menu to remove your Tie Dye data earlier, and use Integrations to revoke connected services.
Important boundary
Do not use this beta for protected health information, payment-card information, regulated records, legal deadlines, or decisions that require guaranteed delivery. The beta can miss, misclassify, or summarize an email incorrectly.
